Green Park Management has named award-winning industry veteran James Lalanne General Manager of its new Aloft Hotels® by Marriott at Fort Lauderdale Airport. The 138-room, 14-floor hotel, situated between the airport and Port Everglades cruise terminals, opened Nov. 2023. A graduate of Auburn University, Lalanne has over 20 years' experience in hotel & property management.

Brian Bullock has been named Division Manager of WestBay North in WestBay's expansion into Central and Southwest Florida. He continues his role as VP of Sales and Marketing. Bullock is an original member of WestBay's management and shareholder group and immediate past president of the Tampa Bay Builders Association. Brian is a graduate of California State University (Fullerton).

Tim Green has been promoted to Vice President/Treasurer for Homes by West Bay. He has been with the homebuilder since 2017, most recently as Vice President of Land. In this newly created position, Green will direct financial planning and cash management for the homebuilder and its subsidiary, Casa Fresca Homes. Tim holds an MBA from the University of Dayton.

Dee Crescini has been promoted to Division Manager of WestBay South in Homes by WestBay's expansion throughout Central and Southwest Florida. This is in addition to her role as Vice President of Design. Crescini is a member of WestBay's original shareholder group and has worked with the homebuilder since 2012. Dee is a graduate of Ulster Community College.

Brent Dunham has been promoted to Vice President/Construction at Homes by WestBay. Dunham will oversee permitting, design studio operations, product development, and construction training in addition to managing purchasing. He was previously Director of Purchasing and joined Homes by WestBay in 2013. Brent is a graduate of the University of South Florida.
