The Executive Committee of Enterprise Florida’s board of directors unanimously approved Mike Grissom as interim President and CEO. Grissom joined EFI in March 2015 as vice president of external affairs. He more recently served as Executive Vice President. In addition to serving as interim CEO, Grissom maintains his role leading EFI’s legislative and external affairs efforts.
KnowBe4, the provider of the world's largest security awareness and simulated phishing platform, has announced Rosa Smothers, former technical intelligence officer for the CIA, as the new Senior VP of Cyber Operations. Smothers will lead KnowBe4's Federal Practice efforts, providing cybersecurity advisory services to civilian and military agencies within the federal government.

BBG, a leading national independent commercial real estate valuation, advisory and assessment firm, has announced the appointment of Jason Schultz, MAI to Director of the firm's Tampa office. In his new role, Mr. Schultz will be responsible for market valuations, strategic business development, client management and quality control in Tampa's thriving commercial real estate market.
National Education leader David Donahue has joined Ultimate Medical Academy as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff. Donahue comes to UMA from Middlebury College in Vermont, where he spent more than 20 years in a variety of roles, including most recently as the college's Chief of Staff and Director of Community Relations. He also chaired the Middlebury Chamber.

He is one of 28 members nationally in the group, which is comprised of forensic & business valuation professionals of national repute, professionalism & integrity.
Katrina Sosa has been promoted to Senior Associate. Since joining Haber Law in 2016, she has worked on both litigation and transactional matters concentrating her practice in complex business law and litigation, real estate law and construction law. Sosa is a member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division and the Cuban ABA and was named to the Super Lawyers Florida Rising Stars list in 2018.
