Port Canaveral CEO Capt. John Murray has been elected vice-chair of the Florida Seaport Transportation and Economic Development Council. Jeffrey M. Welch has been appointed to the position of chief executive officer of Florida Medical Center and Tenet’s Miami-Dade Group, which consists of a network of five hospitals.
