The Florida Peninsula Insurance family of companies announces the retirement of their Vice President of Underwriting, Michael Koscielny, CPCU CIC. Joe Fagan replaces Koscielny as the new Vice President of Underwriting for Florida Peninsula and its wholly owned subsidiary Edison Insurance Company.

Louis M. Ferreira, chairman, president and CEO of Eastern National Bank in Miami, was appointed to the Florida Bankers Association Board of Directors. The trade association, founded in 1888, advocates on behalf of Florida's financial community to serve member banks and customers. Eastern National Bank is a 53-year-old full-service financial institution.

Roney Gutierrez has joined North Florida Land Trust as its chief operating officer. He will oversee operations and administrative functions, lead the strategic financial planning and monitor processes to maximize effectiveness and organizational stability. Gutierrez is a graduate of Cornell University and earned his master's degree from North Carolina State University.

Hedrick Brothers Construction has named Burk Hedrick to President of Development. Based in Orlando, Burk will focus on multifamily, office and industrial development as an owner/developer. Burk has 15 years' experience in real estate development projects with over 7,000 units in Florida. He held prior roles with The Aventon Companies and Bainbridge Companies.
Ami Brannon has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Neuvana LLC, a WPB-based neurotechnology company and leader in consumer electroceuticals. A co-founder of Neuvana, Brannon has been an integral part of the company since its startup phase and continues to be a member of the Board of Managers. Brannon has more than 20 years of background in the healthcare industry.
