His newest, with chef Al Fuentes, is an intimate spot in San Marco, friendly and full of surprises, local and far away. Town Hall trims fish with farro risotto and cauliflower steak with charred avocado, makes cornbread with duck fat and pairs burrata with peach mostarda. If you dare, get fries ”loaded” with cured duck egg yolk, goat cheese and black garlic aioli.
