» Douglas P. Badertscher was named CEO of Kesselring Holding (OTCBB-KSSH), a Bradenton-based restoration and construction company. He succeeds Ken Craig, who will continue as a director. Kesselring’s COO, Cliff Wildes, has stepped down to focus on board chairman matters and acquisition opportunities.

» Michael Briggs, previously an executive vice president and commercial banking manager at Florida Capital Bank in Tampa, has joined NorthStar Bank in Tampa as senior vice president and private client service manager.

» Suya Davenport is the new executive director of the Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau. She formerly worked as corporate director of global strategic partnerships for LXR Luxury Resorts.
