› Why an investor will renovate a St. Petersburg complex to honor bitcoin’s creator
St. Petersburg will soon be home to a new and innovative type of housing project. Skytian Capital, an investing firm that operates out of Tampa, Toronto and New York, bought two St. Pete apartment complexes for more than $5 million on March 31, according to Skytian Capital’s founder San Eng. The buildings on 425 2nd St. N. and 424 2nd St. N. will be redeveloped into Satoshi Hideout, a housing community with 41 units designed to have flexible leasing options.

› New SpaceX Dragon launches from Kennedy Space Center taking Crew-4 to the ISS
A brand new SpaceX Crew Dragon lifted off from Kennedy Space Center taking another four astronauts to the International Space Station on an early morning launch today. The spacecraft named Freedom lifted off from Launch Pad 39-A at 3:52 a.m. atop a Falcon 9 rocket. Its quartet of passengers look to dock with the ISS this evening around 8:15 p.m.

› New MSC ship coming to Port Canaveral
Port Canaveral's cruise business is continuing to steadily recover from the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown. And, on Monday, port officials got more good news, with MSC Cruises' announcement that will be basing the MSC Seaside at Port Canaveral in the summer of 2023. The Seaside is one of MSC's larger and newer ships.

› ParkMobile comes to Downtown Jacksonville
There is a new contactless payment option for on-street parking in Downtown Jacksonville. ParkMobile makes paying for parking an easier and more convenient experience, allowing users to pay for and remotely monitor parking sessions, according to a news release from the city. ParkMobile is an app available for iPhone and Android devices. It also can be accessed via a web browser.
