› Citi Bikes (aka DecoBikes) have returned to Greater Miami. They now come sanitized
Another sign of normalcy is gliding back into Greater Miami on two wheels. Citi Bike Miami, the hourly cycle rental service run by operator DECOBIKE LLC, has reactivated all its locations and redeployed the majority of its fleet to the area, chief marketing officer Colby Reese confirmed in an email.
› Jacksonville City Office of Inspector General achieves accreditation
City Inspector General Lisa Green announced Oct. 30 that Jacksonville’s Office of Inspector General received accreditation from the Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation Inc. “The city of Jacksonville is the first municipal office accredited in Florida,” Green said during a Zoom news conference. › Seasonal ferry service returns to Tampa Bay region for a fourth season
In a ceremony held at St. Petersburg’s Vinoy Yacht Basin on Friday, the Cross Bay Ferry kicked off its fourth season of providing transportation between downtown Tampa and the St. Pete waterfront. The new season, which runs until April 30, will operate using increased safety precautions because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
