U.S. and Cuba agree to open embassies and restore diplomatic relations

The United States and Cuba have reached agreement on reestablishing diplomatic ties and opening embassies in their respective capitals and the White House is expected to make a formal announcement Wednesday morning. Overtime pay rule to boost 370,000 workers in Florida
