? Former Georgia-Pacific President/COO Lee Thomas was named president/CEO of Rayonier. He will also chair the board of directors.

? Brad Thoburn was appointed planning director for Jacksonville. Thoburn worked previously in the mayor's office and has been interim planning director since June.

? Ceree Harden, president of Harden & Associates, stepped down as chairman of the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission. He was replaced by Foley & Lardner attorney Bob Rhodes.

? Mark Wisniewski, former first vice president and northeast Florida commercial banking manager for R-G Crown Bank, was named market president and will be responsible for overseeing north Florida and Georgia R-G banks.

? Brent Lister, former president and CEO of Seaboard Credit Union, is the new president/CEO at First Florida, which formed when First Florida Credit Union and Seaboard Credit Union merged.
