» Developer Blueview Golf Villas expects to complete The Blue at Doral, a luxury condo/hotel with 240 suites, by year-end. The Blue’s three-story buildings will be situated along the fairways of Doral’s legendary Blue Monster golf course just west of Miami.
» Fort Lauderdale-based Adache Group Architects has designed Palazzo del Lago at InterContinental Resort and Residences Orlando on Lake Bryan in Orlando. With 778 condo/hotel units, Palazzo del Lago will be part of the world’s largest InterContinental hotel (1,215 rooms and suites).
