» Lake Nona Property Holdings has named Thaddeus “Thad” Seymour Jr. vice president and general manager of health and life science investments. He will oversee the science and technology park, which will include the Burnham Institute for Medical Research, University of Central Florida’s medical school, a veterans hospital, a Nemours Children’s Hospital and an M.D. Anderson Orlando Cancer Research Center.

» Brad Harmsen has been named CEO of Melbourne-based BRPH, which provides services in planning, architecture, engineering, interior design and construction. He formerly was president and replaces Lawrence Shaw, who remains chairman.
