Holland & Knight Forms 'Madoff Advisory Group'

Holland & Knight has formed a “Madoff advisory group” for clients impacted by Bernard Madoff’s investment activities. Miami partner John M. Hogan, a former prosecutor and chief of staff for former Attorney General Janet Reno, will lead the group. Hogan says the firm is “assessing claims against the Madoff entities” and aims to position its clients to “reduce the likelihood of third-party claims against them.”
