Board-certified in business litigation by the Florida Bar, Meghan Serrano is co-chair of the financial institutions and insurance sector at regional firm Shumaker. She has represented owners and landlords as well as employers in disputes over noncompete agreements. She also practices in civil litigation, and represents personal representatives, surviving spouses, and beneficiaries in trust and estate disputes. She is a contributing author to Foreclosures in Florida (Lexis Nexis) and is board president of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota and DeSoto Counties.
