Jamie Schwinghamer serves as practice group manager for the probate, trust and guardianship litigation group at regional firm Roetzel. Clients she represents include individual and institutional trustees, personal representatives and guardians, and she serves on the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Schwinghamer also has experience in commercial litigation, such as business contracts and real estate disputes. She often lectures on the importance of estate planning and best practices and volunteers at the Harry Chapin Food Bank.
