Rachel Gebaide is on the executive committee and leads the labor and employment law group at Central Florida firm Lowndes. She represents employers, advises on issues in a post-Covid world, such as return-to-work strategies, compliance and new legislation, and reviews employee handbooks and work agreements. She co-chairs the Litigation and Employment Law Section of global alliance Meritas. Gebaide is a past president of Congregation Ohev Shalom and has served on the board of A Gift for Teaching, which helps with school supplies.
