› This is the City in Florida With the Most Billionaires
There are nearly 2,400 people worldwide whose individual net worth exceeds $1 billion -- and more than one-quarter of them live in the United States. All told, there are over 250 cities and towns across the country that at least one of the world's ultra wealthy calls home. Using data from Forbes' Real Time Billionaires list, 24/7 Wall St. identified the city in every state with the most billionaires. The combined net worth of the billionaires in some U.S. cities exceeds the entire annual GDP of many states.

› Who is paying for Sarasota’s public art?
Real estate developers often agree to finance neighborhood improvements, like a sidewalk or a park or a bus stop, to help secure approval for their projects. In Sarasota, they also bolster the city’s public art. In the coming years, one of those developers will finance what will likely be the most widely seen public art piece in all of Sarasota.

› Upscale Italian style popup bar coming to Tampa’s Armature Works
In an attempt to help Tampa area residents find a bit of fun and normality, Italian liqueur producer Amaro Montenegro is bringing an Italian-themed outdoor popup bar to Armature Works. Named Bar Monte, the bar will serve Amaro Montenegro-based drinks, Monte flights and food from Tampa Heights restaurants. Patrons will also find popular outdoor yard games including bocce ball, cornhole and yard dice. It’s all set in a space with a waterfront view.

› Risk of collapse at Piney Point wastewater pond expected to lessen by Tuesday, county administrator says
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said Sunday that crews are working to prevent the collapse of a large wastewater pond in the Tampa Bay area while evacuating the area to avoid a “catastrophic flood.” Manatee County officials say the latest models show that a breach at the old phosphate plant reservoir has the potential to gush out 340 million gallons of water in a matter of minutes, risking a 20-foot-high wall of water.
