› Chicago-based coworking company expands Florida footprint with St. Pete space
Coworking company Novel Coworking has purchased a five-story office building in downtown St. Petersburg, expanding its presence in Florida. The Chicago company acquired the building at 333 3rd Ave. N on Tuesday and plans to renovate it to provide modern and affordable workspace.

› Daytona to get Indoor Karting attraction
A new state-of-the-art indoor karting attraction is coming to the World’s Most Famous Beach. Indianapolis-based Speedway Indoor Karting has announced an agreement to build its second karting facility next door to Daytona International Speedway at the now mostly empty Volusia Square shopping center.

› Hillsborough to decriminalize small amounts of marijuana
It’s an issue that’s divided Hillsborough County for years, but with a unanimous vote Wednesday, commissioners agreed to decriminalize the possession of small amounts of marijuana throughout the county and its municipalities.
