› New FBO Terminal 'Lands' at Florida Airport
Bent Wing Flight Services, the lone FBO at Florida’s Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport (FHB), began operations yesterday from its new terminal. Designed to represent a World War II F4U Corsair fighter, it features a nose section, skylight “cockpit,” and tail, as well as the distinctive inverted gull wings that earned the airplane its nickname.

› Mote Expands Land Request For New Aquarium
Mote Marine Laboratory is working with Sarasota County to lease, and eventually own, 27 acres of land for a new aquarium at Nathan Benderson Park. The new aquarium is expected to cost $130 million. According to Mote’s Ocean For All website, funding for the aquarium will come from philanthropy, partnership, and public support.
› Mercedes-Benz dealer buys office building in Coral Gables
A company tied to Robert “Bob” Brockway, chairman and CEO of Bill Ussery Motors, just paid $11 million for an office building across the street from the firm’s Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables dealership.
