Boeing, SpaceX crew capsules won't fly from Florida until next year

Another year will come to a close without new commercial astronaut capsules getting off the ground. Astronauts could fly from Florida next summer — roughly eight years after humans last launched from U.S. soil, when Atlantis blasted off on the final mission of NASA's space shuttle program in July 2011.
