Gov. Rick Scott proposes a $79.3 billion state budget

Gov. Rick Scott on Monday proposed a $79.3 billion state budget for next year that includes major tax cuts, a boost in paying for jobs incentives and increased school funding. More at the Tampa Bay Times and the Tallahassee Democrat.
