Hair coiffed and bags packed, waitresses Arlene Hames and Nancy Pisarzewski are ready to embark on the adventure of their lives.
The best friends from Fort Lauderdale are headed to Switzerland Tuesday night to work at a restaurant for a week as part of a reality TV show called "Job Swap." Their Swiss counterparts will take over the waitresses' 6 a.m.-2 p.m. shift at Diner By-The-Sea in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea beginning Thursday.
