Waterbrook Developers, based in Deerfield Beach, plans to begin construction in December of Da Vinci on the Ocean, a 69-unit oceanfront condominium project in Sunny Isles Beach. Miami-based Kobi Karp Architects and Interior Designers is designing the 27-story project, to be located at 17141 Collins Ave. Prices start at $1.3 million. ? International Sales Group, a condominium sales and marketing outfit in Aventura, was tapped as exclusive representative for Miami-based Lennar Developers' high-rise condominium projects, including Colonnade, a two-tower project in Kendall. ? Normandy Shores, an affiliate of Fort Lauderdale-based Akron Development Corp., unveiled plans to build Privata Town Homes. The developer plans 43 townhomes, composed of seven four-story buildings at 25-135 North Shore Drive in Normandy Shores, Miami Beach. Units will range from $989,000 to more than $1.5 million. Resort on Miami Beach, for instance, is taking a portion of its rooms out of service for its latest construction project.
