W. Lee Nutter

? W. Lee Nutter, chairman, president and CEO of Rayonier, is retiring in 2007 after 40 years with the company. Nutter moved the company's headquarters from Connecticut to Jacksonville in 2000.

? Dan Kleman, chief administrative officer for the city of Jacksonville, resigned, effective at the end of this month.

? Susan Adams Loyd, general manager of Fox 30 and CBS 47, left the stations in August to return to her hometown of Minneapolis, where she'll be the vice president and general manager of CBS affiliate WCCO.

? Paul Thomas is the new commander for Coast Guard Sector Jacksonville, overseeing all of the Coast Guard's operations in northeast and central Florida.
