» Wanda Lanier, executive director of the Emergency Services and Homeless Coalition, resigned, saying Jacksonville is not doing enough to help the growing number of homeless people.

» Baptist Health CEO Hugh Greene will serve a one-year term as chairman of Cornerstone, the fund-raising and development section of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce.
