Mitch Lewandowski was a competitive cyclist and speed skater in his 20s. Today at 42, he rides for pleasure, fitness and to stay sharp on the job as U.S. managing director for Montag Windows and Doors. Lewandowski cycles three times a week on Key Biscayne with 50 other cyclists. They get started at 5 a.m. and ride for 40 miles each time out.
His bike is custom-made.
