(Formerly Gansevoort)
2377 Collins Ave.
Renovation: $100 million
Notable: 334-room hotel with 255 condos was purchased from the bank that repossessed it in early 2012 by a partnership of Le Frak Organization, Starwood Capital Group and Invesco; became Perry Hotel
