Renovation: Total unknown;
all 17 rooms renovated

11) Winter Haven Hotel
1400 Ocean Drive
Renovation: Total unknown;
full interior restoration

12) James Royal Palm
1545 Collins Ave.
Renovation: $42 million

13) Ritz-Carlton South Beach
1 Lincoln Road
Renovation: $10 million-plus
Notable: Morris Lapidus-designed hotel considered a landmark
