Global Business Solutions, a Pensacola information technology services and support company, added 29 employees last year, bringing its workforce to 102, and moved up its Inc. 5000 ranking to 1,201. Recently, it simultaneously conducted a live online training class to students in Australia, Japan, China and Korea for a key customer. CEO Randy Ramos and his wife, Terri, founded the company in 1995. The company also has a global impact through its non-profit GBS Institute, which supports humanitarian services and mission work.
