Recently, it simultaneously conducted a live online training class to students in Australia, Japan, China and Korea for a key customer. CEO Randy Ramos and his wife, Terri, founded the company in 1995. The company also has a global impact through its non-profit GBS Institute, which supports humanitarian services and mission work.
