Three months after Florida voters overwhelmingly approved a constitutional amendment on medical marijuana, state health officials and prospective pot-seeking patients are at odds over proposed rules that would spell out who could get marijuana. More from the AP.

Florida gas prices rise, snapping streak of declines

Florida gas prices rose for the first time on Saturday, snapping a streak of 36 consecutive days of declines, the longest streak since November. During the streak, gas prices fell 14 cents.
