Florida gas prices rise, snapping streak of declines
Florida gas prices rose for the first time on Saturday, snapping a streak of 36 consecutive days of declines, the longest streak since November. During the streak, gas prices fell 14 cents. New Strawberry Variety Being Tested in Florida
To remain competitive in the strawberry industry UF/IFAS scientists searched far and wide to come up with a new variety and the 'Florida Beauty' seems to be the latest. Seven different Florida growers are testing the new variety this season, putting about 20,000 plants on trial.
