? James Kerley will become president of Gulf Coast Community College at Panama City on June 1. He previously was president of Bluegrass Community and Technical College in Lexington, Ky. He has a doctorate from Florida State University.

? H. Britt Landrum Jr., president and CEO of Pensacola-based Landrum Human Resource Cos., has been appointed board chairman for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's Jacksonville Branch.


? Paul S. Hsu

? Paul S. Hsu has been appointed associate administrator for the Office of Government Contracting and Business Development for the U.S. Small Business Administration. Until his appointment, Hsu was chairman of Total Parts Plus and Actigraph, of Fort Walton Beach. He's served on the President's Export Council and SBA's National Advisory Board.



? Pamella J. Dana
? Former Florida top economic development official Pamella J. Dana has joined IHMC as senior adviser for strategic initiatives. Dana, who served for eight years as executive director of the Governor's Office of Tourism, Trade and Economic Development, will manage IHMC's strategic partnerships with affiliated organizations, state and federal government and selected private-sector partners.
