? Hank Klein, former vice chairman of Flagler Real Estate Services, the brokerage subsidiary of Florida East Coast Industries, was named executive director of real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield of Florida.

? AARP has named Lori Parham Florida state director. Parham was AARP's chief legislative advocate.

? Commercial real estate services firm CB Richard Ellis has named Bill Moss senior managing director for Florida. Moss, with the company since its inception in 1978, will be based in Orlando.

? The Florida Trucking Association has appointed Mary Lou Rajchel president and CEO. Rajchel had been senior vice president for research and development at Florida TaxWatch.
