» Kelly-Ann Cartwright, a partner in Holland & Knight’s labor and employment group and a member of the firm’s directors committee, has been named executive partner of the firm’s Miami office. She replaces Peter Prieto, who will become section leader of the firm’s national litigation section.
» Donna D. Berger, a partner at the Fort Lauderdale law firm of Katzman & Korr, has been named executive director of the Community Advocacy Network, a statewide non-profit advocacy initiative that represents Florida’s community associations, including condominiums, cooperatives, homeowners’ associations and mobile home communities.
