» Tallahassee builder Robert Parrish has taken over as president of Florida Home Builders Association. His company, Parrish Group, originally a residential builder, specializes in commercial development.

» Andrew M. Hirsch, senior vice president and senior investment consultant in the Tampa office of wealth management company Baird, was elected president of the Florida Securities Dealers Association.

» Michelle Mattox will become chief political officer of Associated Industries of Florida next month. Mattox is a special projects manager at Public Concepts in Tallahassee.
