As a financial coach for the Hollywood-based Hispanic Unity of Florida, Tobon knows how important it is for women to budget and save so they can have a comfortable retirement. Tobon's mother lives with her part of the year because she never saved. "She never thought about the future," said Tobon, who teaches finance at Hispanic Unity's Center for Working Families. "We need to change that mentality."
