Motion Point

After nearly quadrupling revenue from 2006 to 2010, Coconut Creek-based MotionPoint continues to grow. It hired 40 people in 2011, boosting its workforce to 135, and plans to add another 50 this year. MotionPoint can economically translate and localize websites in more than 30 languages and drive traffic to them, allowing companies to have web presences in multiple languages and break into new markets. In the last year, it added 150 clients, including Lowe's, Chrysler, Lenovo and Puma. MotionPoint made Deloitte's 2011 Technology Fast 500 thanks to its revenue growth. Co-founder and CEO Will Fleming previously co-founded Convenience Products, a prepaid calling and wireless company he sold to ConQuest.
