» Jorge Rossell, chairman of TotalBank, was named CEO. Board member Luis de la Aguilera, formerly the bank’s executive vice president, was named president and chief marketing officer. They replace retiring CEO and President William (Bill) Heffernan.

» Turnberry Bank named Evan T. Rees president. His recent banking positions have included president of CNL Bank and head of Broward and Palm Beach counties for Regions Bank.

» Douglas J. Pauls has become BankUnited’s CFO and executive vice president. He was previously CFO of Commerce Bancorp.
