» Eric Brown has been named southeast regional manager for Marcor Environmental Services and will oversee the environmental contracting firm’s offices in Atlanta, Pensacola, New Orleans and Tampa.

» Tervis Tumbler CEO Laura Spencer has been given the expanded title of president and CEO. Spencer joined the Venice-based maker of cups and mugs in 1997 as controller and has also been CFO and COO.

» John Richter, a former U.S. Attorney, has been appointed vice president and chief litigation counsel at WellCare Health Plans in Tampa.

» Karen A. White, former regional chancellor of USF- St. Petersburg, has been named a senior adviser to USF Polytechnic CEO Marshall Goodman.

» Robin Arthur Draper is the new vice president for personal and family philanthropy at the Gulf Coast Community Foundation of Venice.
