» John Richter, a former U.S. Attorney, has been appointed vice president and chief litigation counsel at WellCare Health Plans in Tampa.

» Karen A. White, former regional chancellor of USF- St. Petersburg, has been named a senior adviser to USF Polytechnic CEO Marshall Goodman.

» Robin Arthur Draper is the new vice president for personal and family philanthropy at the Gulf Coast Community Foundation of Venice.
