Nicole Newlon is an equity, voting partner of JND, “a small firm with big experience.” She co-leads the firm and practices commercial, real estate and civil litigation. She counsels businesses in contractual and tort claims, practices appellate law, and helps clients before regulatory agencies, through business disputes and family law matters, and in arbitration. Newlon is a past chair of the Federal Bar Association Federal Litigation Section. She is on the board of Pasco-Hernando State College and was a commissioner for Dade City.
