Gunster is the oldest commercial law firm in Palm Beach County, and Julia Holden Davis is on its board, an equity shareholder in its business litigation practice, co-chair of its construction and transportation groups, and chair of its technology committee. As well as trial experience, Davis was COO of a large firm and knows business. She helps draft construction and design contracts, advises on requests for proposals and licensing, and counsels on due diligence in mergers and acquisitions in construction, transportation and government-contracting sectors.
