Mayanne Downs is general counsel at GrayRobinson, a law and lobbying firm with offices in Florida and Washington, D.C. As an attorney, she handles high-stakes business matters and high-value, high-profile domestic matters, like a divorce settlement of over $200 million. Downs is the first woman to serve as managing director and president of GrayRobinson and as attorney for the city of Orlando. She was the fifth female president of the Florida Bar. The Florida Association for Women Lawyers awarded her its outstanding achievement award.
