Brigid Cech Samole, as chair of GT’s Miami appeals and legal issues group and co-chair of its Miami litigation practice, leads more than 54 attorneys. She has handled mass litigations involving claims by thousands, is a respected appellate advocate with clients nationwide and co-chairs the firm’s Global Women’s Initiative. Cech Samole helped draft a pro bono appeal overturning Florida law prohibiting adoption by gay men and lesbians. She is on the board of Chapman Partnership, which has homeless assistance centers in Miami/Homestead.
