Jaret L. Davis co-manages the Miami office of Greenberg Traurig, which has 34 offices in the U.S. and 11 international locations. A member of the firm’s executive committee, he oversees 200 attorneys; his practice focuses on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, and most of his clients are in the technology industry. Davis is a co-founder and general counsel of the eMerge Americas global technology conference that takes place in Miami. He earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1999.
