A trial lawyer with background in state and federal court, arbitrations and administrative proceedings, Irene Frick is responsible for operations and management of the Tampa office of 100-year-old law firm Akerman. She supervises staff and led an office redesign to increase efficiency and flexibility, in-person and remotely. She is a founder of the Pearl Society, an organization of like-minded women who support the work of Bay Area Legal Services in providing pro bono services to children, the elderly and victims of domestic violence.
