» Seacor Holdings named Oivind Lorentzen CEO, replacing Charles Fabrikant, who remains executive chairman. Lorentzen was president of Stamford, Conn.-based Northern Navigation America, an investment manager and ship-owning agency, and also chairs the audit committee of railroad company Genesee & Wyoming and is a director of marine service provider Blue Danube.

» Deerfield Beach-based Sikon Construction appointed Michele Snow CFO. Snow had been CFO of Moss & Associates, a Fort Lauderdale-based general contractor.
