» Boca Raton-based real estate developer Procacci Development appointed veteran south Florida banker William J. Heffernan president. Heffernan, former Miami Shores mayor and council member, was president and CEO of TotalBank in Miami-Dade until 2007. Procacci also appointed Jeffery H. Lapidus general counsel. Lapidus formerly was acquisitions director for Butters Real Estate Funds.
