› Tampa's Walter Investment Management restructuring, could file for bankruptcy
Tampa-based Walter Investment Management Corp. is restructuring to cut down some of the mortgage firm's $700 million debt, Walter announced Friday night. The firm, according to its investor relations page, focuses on subprime and "other credit-challenged" mortgages.

› Camping World expands again in Florida
Illinois-based Camping World Holdings Inc., a large network of RV retail locations, continues its expansion of dealerships with the acquisition of America Choice RV in Central Florida.

› Miami leads in diverting kids from jail, but most of Florida fails
The number of youth arrested for low-level crimes like shoplifting, vandalism or possessing marijuana dropped significantly in the last year as counties across the state turned to diversion programs to keep first-time offenders from cycling back into trouble.

› Brightline questions rail proposal
A spokeswoman for the Brightline passenger-rail system questioned the legality of a newly filed bill that would require the state to oversee aspects of the planned rail line.
