› ‘Felo’ Ramirez, legendary Spanish-radio voice of Marlins, dies at 94
Rafael “Felo” Ramirez, the beloved Hall of Fame Spanish-language radio voice of the Miami Marlins and an icon in Latin American baseball circles, died Monday night in Miami. He was 94.

› Sarasota Bradenton airport receives $7 million grant
A $7 million grant from the Federal Aviation Administration will help pay for two upgrades at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport. The bulk of the grant money will go toward a $12 million project to replace 28-year-old passenger boarding bridges at the airport.

› Jacksonville City Council president nixes public workshop request for river dredging
Jacksonville City Council President Anna Brosche said Tuesday she will not call for a council workshop on the deepening of the St. Johns River for bigger cargo ships.
